I am inherently supportive of Mr. Swalwell because I have seen Rep. Stark 'at-work'. If I am to promote Mr. Swalwell in an effort to truly influence the vote I would like to meet/phone with sir before canvasing. If I find Mr. Swalwell to my liking I will actively pursue his election.
